Shipping & Delivery

This policy ensures that you are aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. Shipping costs:

Flat Rate Priority Insured Shipping charges: Free shipping 

B. Shipping Time:

- Our shipping time to the U.S. is 3-10 days.
- Our shipping time to countries outside the U.S. is 7-15 days. The order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM.  Domestic order handling time is 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping rates will vary based on the size and weight of the item(s) and the destination.

C. Order Fulfillment:

Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, for in-stock orders, our fulfillment team is given up to 3 business days to pick, pack, and ship orders.

D.  Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please get in touch with us within 1 day of placing your order at support@northedc.com

E. Cancellations:

There are no cancellations allowed. Please take a look at the refund & exchange policy for more information.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please ignore the field from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package has been delivered without your presence, please get in touch with customer service with the next steps.

G. Shipping Updates:

Fulfillment and shipping updates will be sent to the email address used to place the order as the order is processed.
